I’m Naureen Mohammed, founder of CMO Growth Partners. I help consumer businesses adapt their marketing for a world in which customers increasingly discover, compare and choose brands through AI and social platforms.


My 30-year career spans both sides of this shift. I’ve built consumer brands from the inside at Unilever, Beiersdorf and Johnson & Johnson across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, and later helped shape the platforms now disrupting consumer discovery at Meta and Pinterest. That combination gives me a rare view of how brands grow when algorithms, creators and AI assistants sit between companies and their customers.


Today, I work with CMOs, CEOs and general managers as a fractional marketing leader and strategic advisor. I help them make sharper growth and investment decisions: where marketing spend is still creating value, where it is underperforming, whether their brands show up when customers ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity what to buy, and what to change first to protect relevance, improve efficiency and build demand.
