My expertise lies in stepping into broken situations, diagnosing what is really wrong, and fixing it fast. Having led through failing platforms, stalled ventures, and high-stakes government programmes across five continents, I understand the pressure of leading when the path forward is unclear.

I have worked with multinational corporations, start-ups, scale-ups, and their investors across technology, media, telecommunications, and fintech. I help them protect their business from hidden risk while driving it toward growth. Whether I am stepping in as COO, CTO, CCO, or Operating Partner, my approach combines strategic clarity with hands-on execution. I embed fast, find the real problem, fix it, and leave the business stronger than I found it.

I have helped Nokia, Hutchison Whampoa, Tech Mahindra, and I have started and helped early-stage ventures secure over £70m in funding and build pipelines worth £100m+. I have delivered government programmes in environments with no power or connectivity, inventing a human mesh network that now serves over 30 million people (adopted by the Gates Foundation).
